Some Traffic Logix modems, firmware and settings will need to be upgraded to 4G. This upgrade is required by North American carriers, who are shutting down the 3G network by the end of this year.
There is no charge for the upgrade. We will send you a new modem and the firmware can be updated remotely. Our video overview can walk you through the process and our FAQs can answer any questions you may have. If you need help with the upgrade or encounter any issues, our tech support team is always here to help.
